Marketing Programs and Packages for Allied Supplier Members

NACTA Chapter Events - $$$ Varies

What better way to get in touch with home based travel professionals than to shake their hands and get to know them on a face-to-face basis? We have expanded our local area chapters across the country and growing. This means your field sales staff has a NACTA chapter in their area waiting to have you sponsor one of their monthly or quarterly chapter meetings or NACTA Nights. We only allow our NACTA allied supplier members the opportunity to sponsor and speak at our chapter events. Sponsorship amounts vary for the chapter meetings depending on the venue and time of day. NACTA Nights are typically $500 - $700 and are wine & cheese cocktail receptions at an area hotel. We have a list of our area chapter directors that we would be happy to share with you. On average, we have 20 members in attendance.

E-Mail Marketing - $395 per email
E-mail Messages may be sent out our entire travel agent membership list. You must be an Allied Member of NACTA to participate. You receive 2 complimentary E-Mail messages when you join and this opportunity would be in addition to those given to you with membership. You create the emails in html, submit them to us at nacta@nacta.com and we send out on your behalf. Supplier emails are only sent on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There will be some restrictions on the number of messages sent per month per supplier. (Training Webinars are available through the NACTA Academy - Supplier Webinars may not be promoted via email).

Exclusive Webinar - $500 Each

NACTA has surveyed our membership and they overwhelmingly support at home training opportunities. We asked for their top supplier training wish list and Webinars were tops in their book! Please keep our membership on the cutting edge and up to date on their knowledge about your product! You must be a current Supplier Member of NACTA to participate. How it works: You choose the date and time you are available for a NACTA training "webinar." Then NACTA emails invitations to our membership and NACTA collects RSVP's for the training webinar. NACTA will provide you with a secure phone number and pass code for you to dial and join as the host of the webinar along with a NACTA representative. You will have 60 minutes to present your training and 30 minutes to answer questions from the participants. The moderator from NACTA will screen the questions via email and present them to you via voice. Participants will be muted during the presentation. You may use your own power point presentation and the members will be able to follow along via their own web connection as well as voice connection to hear your commentary.
