Please complete the following information so that we may process your reservation for this event. Space is limited for each criteria so be sure to reserve your space right away!

Step 1. Complete the registration form in full with payment (credit card only)
Step 2. Hit the Submit Button at the bottom of the form.
Step 3. Print out the Confirmation Form. Once your payment posts you will receive an additional confirmation from NACTA Headquarters, if you do not receive confirmation within two weeks please contact nacta@asta.org or call 703-739-6826.

*Please Note: Double Occupancy Only. Single Occupancy not available for the Celebrity Solstice Inaugural. If you want a roommate you may post a message on NACTA's Agent Digest (members only) to put in your request. All those registered must be 21 years or older and must attend all events (excluding Non-Agent Companions) on Nov. 18th & 19th to be allowed to board the Celebrity Solstice. No "Cruise Only" attendance will be allowed.

Please Note: Hotel Arrangements are not included with your registration for NACTA's Annual Convention. However; NACTA has a special rate at the Hyatt Regency in Miami, FL of $129 per night. If you are attending both the Travel Trade Leisure Travel Conference and the NACTA Annual Convention, then Hotel reservation information for this rate will be included in the confirmation letter you will receive from Travel Trade. If you are not attending the Travel Trade Leisure Travel Conference, then NACTA will send you details for booking your hotel on your confirmation to follow.

Cancellation Fees: $50 cancellation fee per person 65 days or greater prior to event start date. A $75 per person cancellation fee 45-65 days prior to event start date. No refunds will be made for cancellations received within 45 days of departure for any reason. Any name changes $50 per change, name changes must be received prior to 45 days before the event start date. All cancellations must be received in writing, sent via fax to NACTA at 703-739-6861. NACTA, Inc. The National Association of Commissioned Travel Agents cannot guarantee services to be provided by any carrier and shall assume no responsibility for any actions deemed beyond it's control. NACTA, Inc will not be responsible or liable for any act, omission, error, loss, accident, injury, nonperformance, or any other irregularity or consequences resulting from, which may take place through default, neglect or any other action of the company, carrier, or person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which documents are issued. Carrier changes to itinerary, sailings or cabin assignment are not the responsibility of NACTA. NACTA assumes no responsibility for changes made by the cruise lines. We always suggest the purchase of travel insurance from a major carrier who can offer a full policy for vacation travel.
