Scroll down to see the cruise seminars that NACTA currently has available. Sailing are always added throughout the year as well. These seminars are available for all travel agents. A companion or spouse may attend with an agent. Companions must be 18 years or older.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Call NACTA for single rate availability and rates if applicable. Please note that NACTA members have priority over non-members and that all cruise and land-based seminars are offered to NACTA members before appearing on this board.

In an effort to accommodate our growing membership and each individual members desire to experience this member benefit, we will be monitoring the number of cruises that a cruise applicant has sailed in the past few years. We have a limited number of sailings and cabins and want to be sure that all of our members have ample opportunity to experience these programs. If you have sailed many times in the past few years with NACTA we may be contacting you to advise you of a possible waitlist situation based on availability. We appreciate your understanding and feel that this is a fair policy.

Each agent requesting space on a cruise seminar must first complete the Agent Information Form. Then you may continue the booking request process with the Cruise Reservation Form. Information gathered on the Agent Information Form will be reviewed for qualification to attend a NACTA 2008 Seminar At Sea. It is important to do both of these forms in rapid succession of each other.
If your Cruise Reservation is confirmed by NACTA Headquarters you will be notified by email within 7 business days of receipt of your reservation with payment. A final confirmation will be sent once your payment has been processed. If payment is not included with your reservation request then space will be held for 5 business days awaiting payment and then will be released if not paid in full.
Each NACTA Member will be able to participate in one sailing per cruise line per year. This policy will be flexible based on the popularity of the sailings.
Only one cabin per agency will be allowed per sailing. Exceptions to this will be based on host agency relationships where independent businesses operate through a host.

To request reservations simply complete the Agent Information From and then follow the link on that page to make your cruise reservation or call NACTA directly at 703-739-6826 and request a reservation form to be faxed to you.

Please note here that some seminars do have unique inclusions and may (or may not) include a seminar, port charges, gratuities or other. This information will appear with each specific offering if different than the above. Please review the cancellation policies at the end of the cruises listing.
