You’re invited to get CLIA Certified!

NACTA, in conjunction with CLIA will be hosting a training program including two classroom seminars presented by Bernie Blomquist, “Listening Skills”, which is worth 10 Certification Credits & “Delivering Great Customer Service” which is worth 15 credits at the Radisson Port Canaveral Resort. This will be followed up by a four day Seminar at Sea on RCCL’s Monarch of the Seas departing Port Canaveral which will be hosted by NACTA Business Development Manager Bob Duglin.

For anyone working on their ACC status, this will give you 25 Certification Credits plus your required Personal Experience Cruise from 2 – 6 days. For those working on the other levels, these seminars will give you 25 Elective Credits. This is a great opportunity to achieve the credits you need & achieve your professional certification – and enjoy a wonderful & informative Seminar at Sea.

The first seminar, lasting 90 minutes will start at 5PM on Sunday February 28^th, the following morning we’ll have a presentation from the Radisson Resort followed by the second CLIA Seminar. Upon conclusion, we’ll be taken via complimentary coach to check in and board the Monarch of the Seas. Once onboard, we’ll have a welcome cocktail reception, and one morning training seminar featuring NACTA & RCCL. We’re also working with the Bahamas National Tourist Office for an excursion/site inspections while in Nassau.
